Ingredients:
125g sponge cake
40g of softened butter or Ghi
Powdered Xylitol
Blue Spirulina, Pink Pitaya, Sea Buckthorn, Matcha tea
Rum flavoring (optional)
Cream:
40g of softened butter or Ghee
Powdered Xylitol
Rum aroma
biscuits
Method :
Grind the biscuits into flour, add Xylitol, butter, rum aroma and work out a firm dough with your hands. Divide it into 4 parts and color each separately. Create wasp nests with a craft. Beat the softened butter together with the sweetener and rum aroma. Fill the wasps' nests and cover with sponge cake.
