Flower cookies

Quick, colorful and cute cookies. A recipe that will liven up your regular baking. Created by @food.by.katiie

Ingredients:

    1.5 cups spelled flour
    quarter cup cornstarch
    quarter cup of powdered xylitol
    quarter cup of melted vegan butter or Ghee
    1 tablespoon of coconut condensed milk
    A pinch of Himalayan salt
    2 tablespoons of coconut milk (solid part from the fridge)
    Vanilla 
    Pink Pittaya Powder

Method:
Mix dry ingredients, add melted butter or Ghee, coconut condensed milk and coconut milk and use your hands to form a firm dough. Remove part of the dough and color it with natural dye. Put both doughs in the fridge for about an hour. Then make balls out of them and put them together to make a flower. Bake for about 7 minutes at 160 degrees.
