Brownies in all ways are always guaranteed :) This recipe is a vegan version and it's definitely a nice light version that will interest you.
Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat
or gluten-free flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil vanilla essence
1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate, melted
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 160'C. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa and sugar. Add oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and almond milk. Mix until smooth, add chocolate chips and mix gently. Put in a mold lined with baking paper and bake for 25-30 minutes. Before serving, put the cream on top and decorate with small fruits.
Yogurt cream
1 coconut cream
1 coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon Purple Carrot Powder
From the cooled coconut cream, use only the thick part on top and beat with yogurt. Add superfood powder, or sweeten with maple syrup and combine.
